In order to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency for coaches and staff, ACS allows you to customize any view in the system to ensure all fields needed for a certain task are viewable. Follow the steps below to customize views in multiple areas of the system.
Recruit/Roster Search Options
- Hover over the Recruits or Roster tab
- Click Recruit List or Roster List
- Click the Customize link in the upper right-hand corner of the Recruit, Contact, School/Team or Activity Search Options
- Click any field in the available column and click the arrows to move the fields into the selected column
- Click Save & Return
Recruit/Roster List Options
- Hover over the Recruits or Roster tab
- Click Recruit List or Roster List
- Click the Customize List link below the functions bar and to the right of My Default List dropdown
- Click any field in the available column and click the arrows to move the fields into the selected column
- Click Save & Return
Recruit/Roster Profile
- Hover over the Recruits or Roster tab
- Click Recruit List or Roster List
- Click the prospect's name to enter the profile
- Click the Customize this View link to the right of the Change View dropdown
- Click any field in the available column and click the arrows to move the fields into either column one or two
6. Click Save & Return
