How do I update and/or add links to the Student-Athlete Portal?

Links and documents can easily be added to the ACS student-athlete portal!  You have the ability to add links to PDF, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint documents in addition to webpages! See step-by-step instructions for each below:

Follow the steps below to add a web page link:

1. Hover over the Roster tab

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Portal Resources under Student-Athlete Portal Settings

4. Click on the Insert Link icon 

5. Use the Type: dropdown to select http://

 

6. In the URL field, enter the web page address you would like to link to

7. Update the Link Text: based on how you would like the hyperlink to display

12. Click OK to add the link

13. Click Save & Return to publish your changes on the Student-Athlete Portal

 

 

Follow the steps below to add a link to a document (PDF, Word, Excel, or Powerpoint):

1. Hover over the Roster tab

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Portal Resources under Student-Athlete Portal Settings

4. Click on the Insert Link icon 

5. On the Link menu below, click Browse 

6. On the Insert Document menu below, click on the Upload icon 

7. Click Please select files to upload

 

8. Browse your computer for the document you would like to attach

9. Once you have selected the document, click Open

10. Click Close 

11. Update the Link Text: based on how you would like the hyperlink to display

12. Click OK to add the link

13. Click Save & Return to publish your changes on the Student-Athlete Portal
