How to send an email to Recruits

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click Recruit List
  3. Search for Recruits you would like to send an email to by using View Recruit Search Options or a Saved Search
  4. Check the checkboxes to the left of the Recruits you would like to send an email
  5. Click the Send Email function button
  6. Select Yes to use your Personal Template
    • Selecting No will allow you to use a different template or previously sent email
  7. Fill out required fields for Primary Recipients, From, and Subject
    • Note: This is where you will be able to Add Attachments or Send Emails at a Future Time
    • Click here to view a help article on how to schedule an email for a future date/time
  8. Create and Edit the email as you would like it to be sent
  9. Click Next to preview your message
  10. Preview your completed email and click Edit to make any necessary changes
  11. Click Send to send your completed email
  12. Click OK on pop-up window asking "Are you sure you want to send this message?"
  13. Click Finish to return to the Correspondence Tools page
