- Hover over the Recruits tab
- Click Recruit List
- Search for Recruits you would like to send an email to by using View Recruit Search Options or a Saved Search
- Check the checkboxes to the left of the Recruits you would like to send an email
- Click the Send Email function button
- Select Yes to use your Personal Template
- Selecting No will allow you to use a different template or previously sent email
- Fill out required fields for Primary Recipients, From, and Subject
- Note: This is where you will be able to Add Attachments or Send Emails at a Future Time
- Click here to view a help article on how to schedule an email for a future date/time
- Create and Edit the email as you would like it to be sent
- Click Next to preview your message
- Preview your completed email and click Edit to make any necessary changes
- Click Send to send your completed email
- Click OK on pop-up window asking "Are you sure you want to send this message?"
- Click Finish to return to the Correspondence Tools page
