A Student-Athlete is unable to successfully complete his/her forms. What should I do?

A couple standard questions we ask in this situation…

  • What is the athlete using to access the forms? (PC, Mac, Mobile device, tablet, etc.) There are sometimes issues when athletes use mobile devices.
  • What browser is the athlete using? We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Is the athlete copying and pasting the UIN in the signature field? If yes, have the athlete type in the UIN. Sometimes the browser will cut or copy an extra character and when the athlete pastes it pastes the blank character which does not match the UIN. 
  • Did the athlete leave any required fields blank?
