ACS Forms: How do I put a form in a new folder?

1. Hover over the Forms tab

2. Click on Forms Library 

3. Click the checkboxes associated with the form you wish to put in a new folder

4. Click the Change Folder button (in red letters above the form list)

5. Select the Folder you would like this form to appear in OR Select New Folder and Enter the new folder name 

6. Click Save
