Staff List — Staff Members
1. Click on the Staff tab
2. Click on checkboxes for Staff Members you wish to request forms from
3. Click on Request Forms
4. Select the Forms to request
5. If applicable, enter Due Dates
Note: To update Due Dates in mass, enter the date in the field above and select Update All.
Note: Comments added to forms will be displayed on the Forms Feed and in email notifications.
6. Click on Submit Request
