Send an Email to my Roster

  1. Hover over the Roster tab
  2. Click on Roster List
  3. Click the Select All checkbox to select All Roster Athletes
  4. Click Send Email in red letters above the list
  5. Select Yes to use your Personal Template OR select No to choose among all your assigned email templates
  6. Fill out required fields for Primary Recipients, From, and Subject
  7. Create and Edit the email as you would like it to be sent. This is where you will be able to Add Attachments or Send Emails at a Future Time
  8. Click Next
  9. Preview your completed email and click Edit to make any necessary changes
  10. Click Send to send your completed email
  11. Click OK on pop-up window asking "Are you sure you want to send this message?"
  12. Click Finish on email confirmation page
