Why is my email showing as bounced?

Below are a few reasons why your email sent via ACS could have bounced:

  • Unsubscribe: This will occur if the recipient unsubscribes from your email campaign
  • Spam: The email has been marked as spam
  • Mailbox Full: Recipient email inbox is full
  • Unknown Address: Recipient Email address does not exist
  • Message Timeout: This usually occurs when the recipients email server is busy or down
