How often are email campaign and dashboard statistics processed?

The ACS system processes email campaigns at 9:00am Central Standard Time of the day for which it is scheduled. Depending on the number of campaigns in the queue at any given moment, and the number of recipients on a campaign, there may be a slight delay (five to thirty minutes) in the merge process depending on the number of merge codes used and the size of the email template file. After a campaign is merged to the recipient list, the campaign is sent immediately. Typically, emails are delivered within five to ten minutes upon sending them through the ACS system.

Campaign dashboard statistics are pulled from the email server within 24 hours of delivery. As a result, although email may be delivered immediately the dashboard may not report statistics (delivered, clicks, opens, etc.) until 24 hours of campaign delivery.
