How do I generate a custom report?

There are two options for custom reports:

  1. Customize your list and run the List Report. You can do this by following the steps below:
    1. Hover over the Recruits tab
    2. Click on Recruit List
    3. Click the Customize List button in the left-hand corner of your list 
    4. Select fields from the Available column and click the Right Arrow to move fields to the Selected column. 
      • Note: All fields in the Selected column will appear on your List and Report. 
    5. Click Save & Return
    6. Check the boxes of the specific athletes to run the report
    7. Select the List Report option from the Reports dropdown
    8. Click the Printer Icon  to run the report
    9. This will generate a Microsoft Excel report of each field currently in your list for the athletes selected. 
  2. If the List Report does not accurately create the report you would like, please contact the Help Desk at 1-800-343-6220 option 2 or in order to provide us with the fields you would like listed in the report, and we can create the custom report.
