Why can't I see any weeks in my CARA/ Practice Logs dropdown?

For Coaches:

Before you will be able to see these weeks listed, your Compliance Office must Configure the Playing and Practice Seasons.

For Compliance:

  1. Hover over the Roster tab
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Configure Playing and Practice Seasons
  4. Configure the Playing and Practice Seasons to your specifications

For Compliance – I configured my playing and practice seasons but the weeks still are not appearing?

  • Make sure you have configured the playing and practice seasons for the upcoming/current academic year.
  • Once you configure the Academic Year, Competition Schedule and Sport Segments, you must click Enable CARA/Practice Log before the weeks configured will appear in the Roster > CARA/ Practice Logs > Select Weeks: dropdown for coaches.
