I used a merge code in my email yet it showed up blank to the athlete. Why?
- Merge codes pull information from within your athlete profiles. If you would like to use a merge code for your athletes, you will want to make sure all of the fields that correspond to different merge codes have values for each athlete you are emailing.
For example, if you use the ((Athlete_Pref_Name)) merge code and do not have any names in the Preferred Name field, the merge code will show as blank.
