First you will need to build out your recruiting questionnaire with the steps below:
- Hover over the Recruits tab
- Click on Settings
- Click Build/Edit Questionnaire (under Online Questionnaire Settings)
If you have already created the questionnaire, follow the steps below to add your ACS Recruiting Questionnaire to your website:
- Hover over the Recruits tab
- Click on Settings
- Click Build/Edit Questionnaire (under Online Questionnaire Settings)
- Click the Inactive link in the Status column to make the Questionnaire Active.
- Click on the Get Questionnaire Link ('www.' Icon to the left of the Questionnaire Name)
- Copy the link from the pop-up and paste it into an email to your Webmaster or IT director (sometimes the SID) to place on the website.
