How do I link my questionnaire to our website?

First you will need to build out your recruiting questionnaire with the steps below:

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab  
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click Build/Edit Questionnaire (under Online Questionnaire Settings)

If you have already created the questionnaire, follow the steps below to add your ACS Recruiting Questionnaire to your website:

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab  
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click Build/Edit Questionnaire (under Online Questionnaire Settings)
  4. Click the Inactive link in the Status column to make the Questionnaire Active.
  5. Click on the Get Questionnaire Link ('www.' Icon to the left of the Questionnaire Name)
  6. Copy the link from the pop-up and paste it into an email to your Webmaster or IT director (sometimes the SID) to place on the website.
