Why are red flags just now showing up from an old phone import?

If you have updated any phone numbers for athletes called from the phone bill you imported, red flags may show at a later time. This is because the phone number that was called has just now been tied to an athlete in the system. When the system runs the check every other week, it matches any newly added phone numbers to any previously imported phone bill.
