Why is activity for my NLI signees is being flagged?

You will need to enter an NLI date in the appropriate field in order for the system to blue flag all of the activities associated with this athlete since their NLI date that would be approved for a signee. Additionally, entering either a (1) Financial Deposit Date OR (2) Enrollment Date will also blue flag all recruiting activities. 

To enter an NLI date for a Recruit, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click on Recruit List
  3. Search for the Recruit you would like to update by using the View Recruit Search Options
  4. Click on a Recruit Name to open their Recruit Profile
  5. Click the Customize this View button above the Recruit Information
  6. Select NLI Date from the list of Available Fields on the left
  7. Use the right arrow to move the NLI Date field to either Column One Fields or Column Two Fields
  8. Click Save & Return
  9. Type the correct date in the NLI Date field
  10. Click Save
