Where can I log a phone call, evaluation, contact, official visit or unofficial visit in ACS?

Activities such as phone calls, evaluations, contacts, official visits and unofficial visits may be logged in three different places throughout your ACS system.


Option 1: Log an activity from the Athlete List

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click on Recruit List 
  3. Click the Add Compliance Activity  icon located to the left of the PSA's name
  4. Select the type of activity and complete the wizard
  5. Click Save to log the activity

Option 2: Log an activity from the Athlete Profile

  1. Click the appropriate activity button located just below the black box of athlete information 
    1. Add Contact
    2. Add Evaluation
    3. Add Official Visit
    4. Add Phone Call
    5. Add Unofficial Visit
  2. Complete the wizard
  3. Click Save to log the activity

Option 3: Log an activity from the Compliance Activities submenu

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click on Compliance Activities
  3. Click the appropriate activity button located below the current date
    1. Add Contact
    2. Add Evaluation
    3. Add Official Visit
    4. Add Phone Call
    5. Add Unofficial Visit
  4. Complete the wizard
  5. Click Save to log the activity
