To send an email to any recruit parent from the Recruit List, follow the steps below:
- Hover over the Recruits tab
- Click on Recruit List
- Check off the athlete(s) whose parents you wish to email
- Click Send Email
- Select Primary Personal Contact from the To Dropdown.
The athlete will not receive the email unless the Additional CC for Athlete Primary Email is checked.
Note: Make sure that the parent you wish to email has the box checked on the Personal Contacts Tab of the Athlete Profile to indicate they are the Primary Contact to ensure they receive the email. Also, if your default template has a ((First_Name)) merge code, there is no need to put the Parent First Name in the Email Message box. It will automatically personalize the email for you.
