Send an Email to Recruits tied to an Event?

To send an email to a group of recruits tied to an event:

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click Recruit List
  3. Use the My Saved Searches: dropdown (on the top right corner – above the search options) to select the event. The Recruiting Events are located as a saved search which will find all recruits assigned to that event.
  4. Click the checkboxes for the recruits you wish to send an email to OR Click the select all checkbox to mass select all recruits tied to the event 
  5. Click Send Email

If recruits have not yet been added to the event, follow the steps below to assign the athletes.

    1. Hover over the Recruits tab
    2. Click Recruit List
    3. Click the checkboxes for the recruits you wish to add to the event
    4. Click More
    5. Click Add to Recruiting Event
