How to send an email to Recruit Coaches

Follow the steps below to send emails to Recruit Coaches from the Contact List:

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. Use Search Options to search for coaches you wish to send an email to
    1. View Contact Search Options - Use this to filter your search by Coach information. If you are emailing a coach, we recommend filtering by Type = Coach or Head Coach. 
    2. View Recruit Search Options - Use this to filter search based on specific Recruit information tied to the Coach
    3. View School/Team Search Options - Use this to filter search based on School/Team information tied to the Coach
    4. View Activity Search Options - Use this to filter search based on Compliance Activities that have been logged in ACS 
  4. Select the checkboxes for the Recruits you wish to send an email to
  5. Click the Send Email function button
  6. Select Yes to use your Personal Template
    • Selecting No will allow you to use a different template or previously sent item
  7. Select Selected Coach using the Primary Recipient dropdown
  8. Fill out all other required fields (ex. From and Subject)
  9. Create and Edit the email as you would like it to be sent. This is where you will be able to Add Attachments or Send Emails at a Future Time
  10. Click Next
  11. Preview your completed email and Click Edit to make any necessary changes
  12. Click Send to send your completed email
  13. Click OK on pop-up window asking "Are you sure you want to send this message?"
  14. Click Finish on email confirmation page

 

Follow the steps below to send emails to Recruit Coaches from the Recruit List:

  1. Hover over the Recruits tab
  2. Click on Recruit List
  3. Select the checkboxes for the Recruits whose Coaches you wish to send an email to
  4. Click the Send Email function button
  5. Select Yes to use your Personal Template
    • Note: Selecting No will allow you to use a different template or previously sent item
  6. Select Primary School/Team Contact using the Primary Recipients: dropdown
  7. Fill out all other required fields for (ex. From and Subject
  8. Create and Edit the email as you would like it to be sent. This is where you will be able to Add Attachments or Send Emails at a Future Time
  9. Click Next
  10. Preview your completed email and Click Edit to make any necessary changes
  11. Click Send to send your complete email
  12. Click OK on pop-up window asking "Are you sure you want to send this message?"
  13. Click Finish on email confirmation page
