As a Compliance Office, you have the ability to configure the Activity Logging Settings to either (a) require that coaches log/track All PSA's tied to the chosen School/Team when logging an evaluation OR (b) allow the coaches/recruiters to select individual PSA's tied to the chosen School/Team when logging an evaluation.
Please follow the steps below to update the Activity Logging Settings:
- Hover over the Compliance tab
- Click on Settings
- Under Step 3, you will update the question Evaluation Process: Track All PSA's Tied to Schools/Teams
- ON – the system will require that coaches track All PSA's Tied to the chosen Schools/Teams when logging an evaluation
- OFF – the system will allow coaches to select individual PSA's Tied to the chosen Schools/Teams when logging an evaluation
Note: This is set on a sport by sport basis. You will need to the update the Rules Engine and Activity Logging Settings for each respective sport.
