How to Remove Student-Athlete Portal Access

In order for a Student-Athlete to access the portal the following 2 things must be true:

1. The student-athlete must be on a roster for the current academic year. The new academic year becomes current on August 1st. 

2. The athlete must not be archived.

 

Therefore, any student athlete that has been removed from a roster (quit, cut, removed, medical exception, etc) shall still have access to the student-athlete portal unless that student-athlete is archived. The system works this way to allow medical exceptions and other inactive reasons to continue to request comp tickets.
