To run a report for any Form, follow these steps:
1. Hover over the Forms tab and select All Forms.
2. Select the Form Name, the status Completed, and click search.
3. Check the forms that you would like to include in your report and click Run Report
4. In the Run Report pop-up, select the report with the same name as your Form Name and choose PDF or EXCEL.
5. Your report will be downloaded to your computer.
