To run a report for any Form, follow these steps:
1. Hover over the Forms tab and select All Forms.
2. Select the Form Name, the status Completed, and click search.
3. Check the forms that you would like to include in your report, select the report name with the same name as your Form Name from the drop-down (you can choose PDF or EXCEL), and click the printer icon.
5. Your report will be downloaded to your computer.
